What is the difference between a standard and a U-Turn stove?

Both are made out of ultralight grade 1 titanium. The U-Turn feautures a piece of titanium foil that functions as the sides, instead of 3 individual pieces to save weight. The standard is typically a little easier to set up. Learn more here

Will I melt my stove if I get the fire too hot?

Titanium has a 3000 degree melting point. That means any wood or most fire starters will not melt your stove

Do I need to be worried about Carbon Monoxide?

You should always be mindful and make sure the shelter is well ventilated. Ensure the peak vent is open. The tent may get smokey when startiing or stoking a fire. In this case slightly open the door and allow the smoke to clear. We do not recommend burnoing coal or substances other than wood based products.
